STUNNING TORONTO LAKESHORE MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY

Laura’s stunning summer lakeshore maternity session was shot at one of my favourite locations, colonel samuel smith park in etobicoke. I love this spot because there is a small marina, lots of great paths lined with mature trees and greenery and always plenty of great lakefront spots that can be utilized without getting anyone else in the shot. there is also a pretty good view of the city, including the cn tower from here. another plus is parking. there is always ample parking available, which helps to make things stress-free! One notable disadvantage is that there are no public washrooms unless you include a few random porta-potties I’ve seen. Laura was about 32 weeks pregnant during this late june maternity session; she was simply glowing. we had to reschedule a few times due to bad weather, but this date was worth the wait. it was warm enough that she was happy and willing to get into the lake, and her dress was perfect for these water shots. i loved how natural and organic this shoot was, i would love to do more of these sessions in the future!
